RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

30 DAYS

You have 30 days to return or exchange any unused product, including sale items. All merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed prior to return. The original tags must be attached to the returned item.

To return or exchange a product, please contact us by email at boutiquetartan@gmail.com to obtain an authorization number. Once you have obtained this number, please repackage your item securely and simply visit a local post office to select your shipping method and pay the return shipping costs. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we cannot refund items, books, videos or any personalized or custom-ordered products due to security reasons. Additionally, saddles are not refundable if they have been marked in any way.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

All returns accompanied by a valid return/exchange number will be refunded once received and processed at our premises. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you wish to exchange the returned product for another size or color, we invite you to place a new order for the replacement of your choice. This way, the replacement product will be reserved for you and shipped without delay.

RECEIPT OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

It is your responsibility to inspect your package and items upon receipt. In rare cases, items may be damaged during transit. It is imperative to contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt to report any damage or defective product and arrange an exchange.
